8. Pet Policy
• $10 fee per stay for pets (overnight guests only).
• Pets must be trained and non-aggressive.
9. General Terms
• Use of the property is at your own risk. Golden Hill is located within a National Forest; natural hazards may exist.
• Damage to property. The Client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or pets. This includes any towels taken off the property, soiling to mattresses or removal of items off the property, will be charged to the facilitator. “Guests are responsible for mattress damage or extraordinary cleaning required due to bodily fluids or contamination.”
• All guests, participants, facilitators, and attendees who participate in retreats, workshops, ceremonies, treatments, activities, or use of the property at Golden Hill Retreat Center do so voluntarily and at their own risk. By participating in any offerings or activities at Golden Hill Retreat Center, each participant acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after participation. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in workshops, retreats, ceremonies, bodywork, energy work, movement practices, use of spa amenities, outdoor activities, and any other services or experiences offered on the property. Participants understand and acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, emotional release, environmental factors, use of equipment, or interactions with others. Each participant agrees to listen to their own body, exercise personal judgment, and seek appropriate medical or professional advice if needed. Golden Hill Retreat Center, its owners, representatives, staff, volunteers, and facilitators are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, illnesses, or adverse effects that may occur to any participant, guest, or personal property while on the premises or participating in any activity. Participation constitutes full understanding and acceptance of this assumption of risk and release of liability.
10. Use of Spa
* Use of Spa is allowed for guests for a charge of $20. Includes, cold plunge, sauna and upgraded showers.
11. Use of Swim Spa
*The Swim Spa is available for guests staying overnight. There is a $25 fee to heat the swim spa per day. Must have a 24 hour advance notice to heat spa. If no heat is required, its free.
12. Golden Hill Modalities
*GH offers multiple healing modalities. Healing Modalities are offered during your stay for various prices.
12. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By agreeing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and policies for holding a retreat at Golden Hill Retreat Center.
This Agreement is binding by both parties.
